There’s one in Lafayette. Many locals are known to get a burger there and slide down the street to the Roundup. There are lots more than just these.

I think the Nations in PH is still there (on Contra Costa Blvd, not far from Casper’s Hot Dogs). There used to be one in Concord, two blocks from my parents house and right next to my high school. I regret not having eaten there more often. I think there is still one in Concord on Clayton Blvd. We used to hang out there after doing an improv show at Clayton Valley High.

Nah, I have classes that night. And I think all the fees you have to pay for ordering online still apply so you’re almost paying face value for the ticket anyways.
I’m guessing people still had to pay the “convenience fee” and the printing fee and that other fee.
Yes, those fees blow. Pretty much ruined the value of the $8 Value Deck offer during the first two homestands, since the single transaction fee, per-ticket convenience fee, and print-at-home surcharge made the total cost for the 7 tickets I bought $81.75, a whopping $2.25 savings…without the option of choosing my specific seats which teh box office affords.
BTW, have they changed or even eliminated the non-game-day box office hours this year? That info has ominously vanished from the A’s website.
