Saturday, October 26th; 7 p.m. onward.

It’s that time again! Please join us for our Third AnnuAl A’s FAN-ily Halloween Costume PArty. Costumes are admired, not required, but we always have a fun time with this and no costume is too outrageous for this crew!

As always, bring food to share potluck-style, and YOB. Wood for the fire pit is always appreciated as well.

Spouses/partners/significant others are most welcome. Please invite them and let me know how many will be there so we have a head count for plates, etc.

Perhaps this year will be extrA speciAl???

It’s a NL WS night, so we will have the tv in the back going, if everyone is feeling it.  If not…horror movies.

    We are a maybe. If there’s no baby yet, and linea alba is feeling good and/or like she needs a distraction and/or like she’s not about to go into labor, we will be there.

      Very, very pregnant women can be terrifyingly suspenseful! I was at a Stanford BBQ with Mr. Poppy a couple of days before my due date… someone asked “When are you due?” and I looked at my watch. He scooted his chair away on some pretense a few minutes later, but I think it was really because he was thinking “Get back, she’s gonna blow!!!”

      There's a wild thing in the woolshed and it's keeping me awake at night.

    For all the non-FB folks, Virginia and I will be there and we hope to meet many of you fine FKers. And frankly, any excuse you might be contemplating not to be there will look pretty lame next to our cross-Atlantic flight on the very day of the party.

    The elementary school across the street is having their haunted house tonight so there are 10000000 minivans parked on my block. So I had to park three blocks away…. which means I need to walk back three blocks in my costume.
