        I’m looking at the summer schedules…the A’s and mine…and Saturday August 21 is calling out to me. Consider your availability on this date for a big Kraut blowout tailgate. Other possiblities could include Sunday July 25, Sat. or Sun. Aug 7-8, or Sunday Aug 22.

    Good thing Crisp was back in the lineup.

    Too bad Gross was at DH instead of in LF – Miller’s single driving in the first two Cinci runs could have been caught.

    Uh … hunh. Weird. No Cust again today, again vs a RHSP. Jackson DH, Rajai in LF. Byg Twyt speculates Cust will be gone in a couple of weeks with Carter called up, but I’m sensing it will be sooner than that.
