Oakland A’s BBQ Terrace July 5th 7

Several people have mentioned interest in renting out the A’s BBQ terrace for a game this season. The BBQ terrace is a great place to watch the game and it includes all you can eat dinner, water and sodas. The cost is $55 with a 50 person minimum which includes the food and the game ticket. We have been thinking that we would like to do this for a night game as the seats are right in the sun in right or left field. We are thinking that a Friday or Saturday Night game would work best for the BBQ Terrace.

I talked with Josh at the A’s today and the only two dates that they have left are Saturday July 5th at 7:05 PM and Friday August 22nd at 7:05. I’m thinking that Saturday July 5th is probably a better date since it is a Saturday and you wont have to rush from work, the other good thing about a Saturday is that gates open 2 hours prior to first pitch, so you have a longer time period to eat.

Please reply on here or the Facebook Event to let us know if you are interested, and also what date you would prefer, we are leaning heavily on July 5th, if you can make it.

Food and beverages will be served from the time
gates open until the first pitch.

*a portion of the hot dogs can be Vegeterian Dogs if needed

    I have always wanted to sit in the BBQ terrace for a game, and I would definitely bring my glove (and am not above hip-checking other FKers out of the way to snare a home run ball). Sadly though I will be away on Saturday 7/5. Probably could make Fri 8/22, but no one should plan around my schedule because A. It changes often; and B. I’m a flake.

    August 22 is out, 7/5 is a maybe for us. My preference, though, would be to do it for a day game rather than a night game.
